Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Varsha Dubey—Certified Nutritionist, Fitness Coach and founder of Embrace Fitness. But more than the titles, I’m a woman who’s walked the same path many of you are on.
My wellness journey began after becoming a mom and moving to the Netherlands. I gained 12 kilos, lost my energy and confidence, and felt disconnected from myself. Quick fixes didn’t work. I knew I needed a sustainable, balanced solution.
As I transformed my health with simple, consistent lifestyle changes, my results inspired friends and family—and eventually led me to turn my passion into a profession.
I started Embrace Fitness to create a safe space for women—free from fad diets, judgment, and unrealistic plans. A place where fitness feels like self-love, not punishment.
What drives me is seeing real change—not just in bodies, but in confidence, mindset, and everyday joy. Like the woman who finally wears what she loves, or the mom who now plays with her kids without exhaustion.
Now, with years of experience and a wide range of clients globally, I understand that every woman’s journey is unique. I help women lose weight, balance hormones, and build confidence through real food, flexible workouts, and genuine support—no crash diets, no extremes.
